Many people misunderstand physiotherapy, and it is widely under estimated around the world. Small injuries react well to physiotherapy without the need of medication as well as even more serious injuries which can heal safely and quickly.
Taking medication such as Ibuprofen, paracetamol and aspirin is only useful if the pain is not recurring, physiotherapy gets to the actual heart of the problem which avoids, and keeps futures pains and aches at bay.
